Tightness at lip corners
I had been a heavy smoker (10 a day for the last 5 months) and had lost close to 10 kilos in a month as part of a diet plan. I also maintain facial hair. Smoking over the past few weeks has been drastically reduced, and I am on a regular diet now bolstered by vitamin B supplements. I still experience tightness in the corners of my lips with the occasional burning sensation if I eat something spicy. Is this a chronic condition because of my smoking earlier or because of nutritional deficiency. How can I get rid of it for good ?

Hello sir, as you have mentioned it's could be of smoking as well as your nutrition deficiency. This has to be diagnosed with a proper examination . But quieting your habit is most important in this and try to add more nutrition in your diet where your vitamins and antioxidants are really important. 1.Having tulsi in the morning before eating anything can give you a boost of antioxidants. 2.Best advice would be consulting a omfs surgeon and making a diagnosis is important.

It is probably due to smoking and not nutritional deficiency. Consult a dentist to see if anything is required. Add antioxidants along with bcomplex

It's better if you consult your dentist personally and let them have a look at what the tightness is like.
