  4. Tightness in middle of chest. I do?

Tightness in middle of chest
I feel tightness in the middle of left side of  chest. Sometimes I feel breathing difficulty while lying down flat and tightness in chest. I was covid positive 1 yr ago. I get panic attacks for no reason. What should I do?
