Hello, Vitamin B12 is present in non-veg food like fish, meat, poultry, eggs and dairy products. If you’re a vegetarian, then it’s better to take supplements. Vitamin D is present in fatty fish, beef liver, egg yolk, some dairy products, cereals etc. You can get it naturally by exposure to sunlight between 6-9am for 15-20 minutes everyday.
