Tiny white spots on the penile head
There are tiny white spots on my penile head. I first thought it is a smegma build up and tried to wash it off but then realized it won't wash off because they are on the skin. Please suggest what it is and what to do..
As for the sexual activity, yes I am sexually active but the last time I had sex was over a week ago with someone who was a virgin. Also I made sure to wash the penis really well after the encounter with soap and what not.
However, I might have forgot to clean the penis well after a masturbation recently.
