Feeling fatigue , loss of interest in daily activities, delaying work sound like depressive features.
It needs to be properly assessed what exactly are you going through.
We also need to see whether its happening since covid started or it was happening before than that as well.
Next Steps
please seek proper consultation from a psychiatrist
Health Tips
Go for behavioral activation, make a schedule, set small targets , it doesnt need to be for hours altogether. for e.g. making your bed, getting ready, working just for half n hour, following up on a physical activity.Behavioural activation will help you to regularise your schedule and maybe then you will be able to judge better what exactly are you experiencing.
