Septmbr 26 ws my LMP...i jv been taking medicines to get pregnant for one month ..suck as macgest..folic acid tablets ..now am feeling little pain in breast ..tiredness all..am i pregnant?

Do urine pregnancy test if possitive consult doctor and get sonography done for heart beats to be sure.
