Dear sir
As I read your concern about your wife, feeling tired is very normal but must be related to some cause like over work, lack of exercise irregular meals etc.
So in my opinion for next 3 days ask her to take rest.
Do moderate exercise or walk.
Do olive oil message and or hot water bath with few drops of eucalyptus oil.
Relax by some recreational activity like watch a movie or little outing etc.
Sleep for 8 hrs
Avoid lot of tea or coffee..
Hope this helps.
