If your periods are delayed by 2 days the only thing which can assure you about pregnancy is a urine pregnancy test done on an early morning sample.
Loose motions have no correlation with pregnancy. It is related to your digestion. In pregnancy patients have nausea and vomitting.
Next Steps
If your pregnancy test is negative, it would suggest you are not pregnant. But if it is positive, you can meet a gynecologist to get treated for it.
