Tongue blood patches
I have few (3-4) patches on my tongue from where blood comes out whenever I use a tongue cleaner to clean my tongue.
Just wanted to know if this could lead to any big problems.

You need to get it checked as bleeding should not normally occur on brushing and cleaning
