Tongue problem
Sir I have small bumps on back of my tongue. I don't know it was there before or not. And there was some white patch and I tried to remove from tongue scraper but it's not going. And it's hurting when trying. I have mild left ear pain sometimes and mild sore throat . Can you pls suggest me . I used to smoke before but now due to this bumps I feared and I stopped. Because after smoking it feels like bumps touching on roof but size is always similar .

These are normal papillae on tongue. They are not related to smoking. However, maintain your quit status.
Next Steps
Consult a physician for the ear pain and sore throat. Continue to clean your tongue, but do not use excessive force.

These are normal taste glands on the back side of your tongue. They can be inflamed because of smoking. You can not remove them with a scraper.
Next Steps
Stop smoking.
