I just want to know when is it ok to smoke again after tonsillectomy I'm on day 11 to recovery feeling much better hardly any pain I stopped taking tablets 3 days ago

No doctor will advise you to smoke again. As you did not smoke for 11 days , take this as an opportunity and quit smoking!
