Milk coming from nipples and too much back pain during this period.What might be the region

You need to get a serum prolactin test done for nipple discharge. Also get a pelvic sonography done

It could be PCOs ,the reason for ur back pain which sonography can detect,and milk from nipples may be high prolactin levels,which interferes in conception ,so u may get that checked too and take medication to reduce it.
