You have a long standing infection related to a decayed tooth.Since tooth being a rigid structure, harder than bone ,whenever there is a long standing infection below the root tip of a decayed tooth, the pus finds an easier way to channelise itself and cuts through the bone and comes out through the gums through a small reddish white ulcer...
In most cases it can be treated and managed by root canal treatment if the bone loss is not extensive.

Hello..
Your tooth has been decayed for long time, and now the situation is getting worsen. Do visit your dentist as soon as possible. Medication is only the temporary solution. Most probably the tooth will go for root canal treatment which will be confirmed after taking radiograph.
