I've been having pain in my teeth from many days I can't take the teeth out because I am sugar patient . my teeth is totally damaged and it contains cavity also please help me out of this

As you have mentioned that you have diabetes so extraction is not possible at present. So your doctor must also have recommended for controlling sugar to get your level under 150 mg/dl. It's important to follow the advise as there are various complication of extraction during such times. Kindly meet a physician and a dietician to help you with this . Till then ask your dentist for medication to pain management.

First of all, extraction is not the only option for an infected tooth and more importantly, if the tooth is restorable, no dentist will advise going for extraction. Secondly, extraction can be very safely done in Diabetic patients also if it is required. So the best option will be to visit a dentist for a proper case evaluation so that the rest ability of the tooth can be evaluated and the right treatment options can be suggested to you. Regards
