Hello, The cavity in ur tooth is huge which has eaten almost 60 percent of your crown structure. You should be more cautious next time and get the treatment earliest before start of pain. The tooth will also require a radiographic apex examination. If you are not willing for tooth removal then post and core might be attempted. If you re looking for a long term solution then removal of tooth and replacemnt either with a bridge or implant can be opted

Hi The teeth are badly decayed. RCT can be done but there is no tooth structure to support the cap. Cap may keep falling off every now and then. Best treatment would be extraction of teeth followed by bridge or implant .
Next Steps
consult a good dentist

Hi... Even though you are not having pain but it's a big decay with the pulp involvement . This tooth of yours will go for Root Canal Treatmebt( RCT) and a crown has to be placed later on.

Even though you have no pain, the tooth has infected pulp from inside. Consult a dentist who will do an X-ray and recommend further treatment like Root canal

Dear concerned, It would be the right time to save your tooth if would go for treatment at the earliest. Even though the tooth is not paining, we would insist you go for RCT. The purpose of the tooth is to help in grinding, your teeth and in this case it is not serving the purpose.
Next Steps
visit dentist for possible treatment options. avoid using tooth pick and try not to chew anything hard from that decayed tooth side.
