hiii...yellow and brown colour formation is nothing but calculus and stains on you teeth...it can be removed by scaling treatment and followed by oral prophylaxis

This is quite common you need scaling n polishing of your teeth for those stains
And further evaluation ... if stains are intrinsic you might need bleaching for that
Can be decided on examining the condition clinically so please visit a nearby dentist
