Tooth de Colour
My daughter's tooth Colour is not the same across each other. Is it due to any vitamin deficiency? Please advise doctor

Seems like an enamel defect. Can occur during tooth formation. Don’t worry. Wait for the milk teeth to fall. Then the permanent teeth should be checked

Is your daughter 5 years old?? If so then the teeth are milk teeth. As per the pics the tooth looks like having a formation defect. Usually the defect will not be seen in permanent teeth. So please don't worry.
