Tooth decaying
I have a filling in my teeth. Bt also I can't chew hard food from that side teeth , the pain i unbearable , i also causes headache nd for this i can't sleep also from the last 3 days, should i remove the teeth or do again a refilling

We need to see the clinical condition & a X Ray is to be done..based on that Treatment plan is to be decided. Extraction is the last option.
