Tooth extraction for braces
Heard that tooth extraction for braces will make facial look worst. Is that true? I came across this doubt very late. My doctor said that 4 teeth is to be removed for better results. Already 2 teeth were extracted on right. Still 2 needed to be removed on left. I'm worried about this now.

To gain space maximum four teeth can be extracted during orthodontic treatment... It depends and varies for each and every patient... It's normal don't have to worry about it... Once the treatment is completed after complete alignment you will not know where the teeth was extracted, space will be entirely closed... As your doctor said extract the other two teeth for best results...

Unless until teeth are extracted hw can ur proclination reduced..don't worry about it.its quite common in orthodontic treatment ..

Hi. It’s a very common myth. Sometimes to get the desired results extraction is indicated. But not always. An orthodontist will properly to the diagnosis and let u know if extraction is required or not. A proper diagnosis will never deform your face with extraction. Dnt worry. Take care

There are different conditions in different patients. After seeing your pictures, I can see that both of your upper and lower teeth are forwardly placed (proclined) and not much space is present to take them back. To decide for extractions, we require extra oral pictures as well ( pictures of face) but as much as I can see through the pictures present 4 extractions are required in your case & that will not worsen your look.
Next Steps
As the teeth of right side are already extracted, you should not give second thoughts & should get the premolars of left side extracted.
