My dentist says cavities has been built up on my wisdom teeth. He says due to accessibility issues he would not be able to do the root canal treatment. Instead he says to get it extracted. I want to save this tooth. Please advice.

Wisdom tooth does not help in mastication. The best treatment for it is removal of the tooth.
