Tooth implant in Sinus
Hello Doctor My dad was getting tooth implant(made to titanium), which gone bad and slipped to sinus. Need an opinion do we need to undergo Surgery/endoscopic to get it removed. Can the surgery be avoided or required? Attached is the scans Thanks Monika

HELLO, SCAN SHOWS CLEARLY THE TOOTH. IF IT GIVES DIFFICULTY THAN GO FOR SURGERY OR ENDOSCOPIC REMOVAL AS IT'S NEAR TO THE BRAIN IF INFECTED THAN IT WILL CAUSES VERY SEVERE IMPACT SUCH AS SEPTICEIMIA.   NO HURRY YOU CAN TAKE TIME TO THINK.
