My daughter developed small mole on right molar..doctor x rayed and advised tooth extraction.She is 8 and I am not in favor of extraction at such small age,but doctor says that is the only option as rct cannot be done. Please advise

Hello mam,
Firstly it would have been good if you have attached the x ray along .
And for primary teeth before doing the procedure the root lengthy and resorption of root are taken in account .
If things are normal then pulpectomy can be done.
Extraction is mostly not adviced as it will loss the space and will causing crowding in future even if you remove you have to go for space maintainer. To maintain space and avoid malocclusion in future.
