Tooth loss
My mother is a diabetic patient She had a teeth with metal crown Today while eating the metal crown together with the next 2 teeth falls ( all attached) What is the reason ? Kindly help me

She might have had a bridge, where support of 2 teeth must have been taken to replace the missing tooth. When the metal crown came off, the weak structure could have caused the adjacent teeth to break, leaving the roots intact and needing removal.
Next Steps
The roots of the two adjacent teeth would still be intact. This would need extraction. Thereafter you can explore the options for replacing the missing teeth.

Hello! Usually in diabetic patient tooth will become loose if sugar levels are not under control , she might have not noticed earlier.
