Tooth pain
4 and a half yr old kid having tooth pain and cranky.. most of her is filled.. before 3months.. now she is getting pain in all the teeth.. what is the solution for tat.. using gc mousse tooth cream ana gargling aftet every food.. sweets are completly avoided but still she is getting pain.. pls help me wat to do

Go ahead with pulpectomies to the teeth in pain and retain as long as possible, atleast till the age of 6years. Consult Pediatric dentist nearby your place and get the treatment done

Can you pls send the clinical picture as well as per the opg I can see in most of the tooth the baby cavity is nearby the pulp which is causing irritation & pain to her this require treatment either removal of cavity & filling / or extraction / pulpotomy depending on the extent of cavity in each tooth .

As seen in the opg xray most of the tooth has deep cavity as in the cavity is reaching the pulp (which is responsible for sensation in the tooth) . Even tho these are milk tooth she needs to get puplpotomy/root canal treatment done because we have to safe the milk tooth until tge permanent erupts
