Get an X-ray done. If the tooth adjacent to the wisdom tooth can be saved by a root canal then it is better. If it is very badly infected and cannot be restored then you may need to extract it along with wisdom tooth

Go for the extraction of the wisdom tooth and after that if the adjacent tooth is affected then go for the rct of the adjacent tooth and after that hopefully u eill be relieved from the pain. In the mean time start with warm saline rinses
