Tooth pain
I am having pain in my tooth, as advised I have to do RCT. Will it be ok for use that side after first sitting in RCT or have to wait till full is complete. As now the pain is coming regularly after the effect of medicine.

Hi .After root canal 1st sitting you can take regular diet except extreme hard foods . You will experience little wound kind of pain which is usual.After completion of treatment you will be alright . Proceed with your crown too.

Generally its not advised to chew from that side but yes once obturation is done then u can chew from that side

You can have soft diet . You can chew from the side provided it’s not painful. If it is very painful inform your dentist and they can reduce the pressure on that tooth

Hi.... Don't use that side for chewing after the Ist sitting of RCT. Do saline warm water rinses.Visit your dentist for RCT.
