Implants have more life and obviously more cost... Also your natural teeth are left untouched. Go for implants

Implant is a better option if u meet all the requirements. Bridge is also a good option. In an implant your natural teeth adjacent to the missing tooth /teeth are not trimmed and altered.
Next Steps
if you are eligible for an implant one should go for that as first choice.
Health Tips
con is the pricing.

Life of a prosthesis depends on the patient maintenance also and both implants and bridges can give satisfactory results for a very long duration of time. Both have their advantages and disadvantages and it will be best to discuss this query in detail with the dentist who has performed the clinical evaluation of the case. But roughly speaking, implants are considered as a better modality of teeth replacement because of achieving Anchorage from within the bone as well as avoiding the involvement of adjacent teeth for support. Regards.
