Toothache starts everyday in evening
Toothache starts everyday in the evening and goes on till morning. Subsidises in the morning and comes again in the evening. It happens around 6-7 pm everyday. Please advise.

Hi Please visit a dentist. You need treatment for the tooth . Your symptoms are indicating that you need RCT (Root canal treatment).Your dentist will take x-rays and confirm the treatment. Only medicine is not going to help. By the time you can take a pain-killer. HOPE THAT HELPS. Dr.Nisha.Harwani

The pain of a decayed tooth that needs a root canal filling to save it gives the type of symptoms you are describing.So first step is donot eat from affected side,,take painkiller like Ketorol-DT twice daily after meals.See a dentist asap,do warm saline rinses 5-6 times daily for few days.
