Torsional testis

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I had torsional testis surgery in 2019. After surgery both testis are fine But in last two week I had pain in lower abdomen and testicles. I had fear and consulted doctor they taken scam said everything is fine and gave some medicine. But still I had slight pain and mainly had fear whether it will be again torsion. So the question is can I again get torsional testis problem even after surgery
