Tounge side very rough and ulcer
Having rough tounge on side and ulcer. Constipation issue too. I use smoke. Had Anti oxidant tablets.

You have not mentioned from how many days. It seems related to your gastric issues. Have a bland non spicy diet for a few days. Apply hexigel or dologel on the ulcer. No need to worry. Wait for a few days. If it does not resolve then consult a doctor
