Hi doctor!
I am in my 7th month pregnancy. We have cats in our home and it is inside and outside our house. I noticed it is eating rats. Does I get infection like toxoplasmosis by smelling or handling cat feces?.
Note: Rubella IGg positive in my 3rd month pregnancy.

Yes,
Handling cat feces will risk for infection with toxoplasmosis. I strongly suggest you to avoid it and ask someone in your house to handle cat feces
Rubella IG positive - you have immunity against Rubella infection
