Though I am not an expert on the therapy you wish to have, I would like to make you aware of some limitations based on my experience with treatment based on similar principle.
I am talking about ECT, where brain is stimulated with controlled electrical impulses. There is no evidence to suggest improvement in cognitive ability and in contrary individuals have experienced cognitive deficits.
I hope you consider some realistic ways to improve your mental abilities.
