Travel during first trimester is safe?
I am 5 weeks pregnant. And i have travel plans during 7th week and 9th week to attend marriages. Bangalore to goa through flight. Is it safe to travel during my first trimester!? Also i stay far away from office. I need to travel 25kms to office. Should i ask for work from home? Till the first trimester ends?

You may travel. But remember that there are so many causes of abortion in early pregnancy that even sitting at their home in the comfort of a cozy bed some women may have an abortion. In fact till about 50 years ago the women never used to know that they are pregnant till they reached fourth month of pregnancy. So don't blame the travelling part, and also don't blame the doctor for the wrong advice, if you have an abortion.
