Dear Sir I am sorry that the current medication is not working for you. Please talk to your psychiatrist regarding other medication options. The are a lot of antipsychoyics available if one is not working for you. Please do not alter or stop the medication without consulting a psychiatrist. Also, in addition to medication, you can benefit from psychological therapy which can help you cope up with the distress. Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
