Two months back, intrauterine death occurred in seventh month due to adenomyosis. Can adenomyosis be treated without uterus removal and can she able to take a chance and have normal delivery?

Iud does not occur due to adenomyosis. May be some other reason . Is it fibroid?? Or adenomyosis. Yes she can be traeted and have normal delivery. Its not a reason for caesrean.
Fetal death due to adenomyosis I don't think.May be other reason.Get done ultrasonography for confirmation of diagnosis.Medical treatment is there for Adenomyosis and normal delivery is also possible.
