Diet plays a very important role in hair disorders. Though medical line of treatment is the most important thing for hair fall, it can be augmented by a good diet. Include loads of proteins in form of fall, sprouts, dairy products and non veg food. Increase iron intake by increasing leafy vegetables, non veg food, dates, dried figs, black raisins, etc.
Decreasing stress by regular exercising, yoga etc would help too.
