Treatment for nasal polyps
I had a high temperatures as a result of flu(viral) , my nose hurted a lot and I thought it was because of the dryness. Fever subsided . Nose got blocked. Clear liquid like continued to drip from nose. Breathing via mouth. Hypersalivation.  Gargled with salt water 3-4 times. Few hours later whole nose turned puffy and hard formations at the end of each nostril. Blew out a 2inch hard polyp. What is thecause and treatment for polyps. Thanks I'll Thanks Thanks They can get hard and more painful. Is there any permanent cure and t0emporary relief

You might be suffering from fungal sinusitis with polyps .... The other possibilities include a tumor.... You will need a nasal endoscopy and CT scan before deciding the further course of action...
