I have a doubt tat i am suffering from piles..my dad has also suffer from tat...what are the treatments for tat?is surgery is needed deffenitely?

There are various factors that decide if Surgery is needed or not. Size, number location, amount of bleeding, pain, type, grade, PATIENT'S general condition, cause of piles agrevation.
Constipation is the most common cause of piles and majority of piles settle down once constipation is treated.
