Hello.!! Well thats a difficult case.. Need to visit physiotherapy center as soon as possible.. For back pain start with hot water formantation followed by myolaxin ointment..! Need lots of strengthening exercises.. Its better to for home visit,, ask the therapist to come home.!! And as i say drink lot of water minimum 5lits 24hrs.,, stay hydrated! Thank u.
