Hi, I am having daily since 2 years BETACAP TR40 for high BP ,
Recently since 15days I am getting blood in stool hence I afraid and not went to toilet,
Now I have to go I afraid again stool might be hard so it again get blood so can any one suggest be what is medicine for soft the stool immediately.
I am allergies to medicine don't know which is, please help me as suitable medicine over counter purchase

Blood in stool may be because of something else such as haemorrhoids. Hard stools have to avoided.
You can use Isabgol at bed time to soften your stool.
