Tremors, constant shaking
I am 24 and I was working for a year, I just came back home to prepare for my masters. I am stressed all the time, like alot. I have started having body tremors since a week now. My heart beats really fast and I feel the shake all the time. I quit smoking a month back. Please help. I am constantly shaking, the shakes are more of an internal thing than on the outside.
