Tremors in hands
I have been diagnosed with OCD and Anxiety disorder 7 years ago. I took fluvoxamine 200 mg and clonazepam 0.25 mg(SOS) for 4 years and left, then the problem relapsed and since last year october i am on fluvoxamine 200 mg and clonazepam 0.25 for 15 days in Last October then SOS since then. I need a dose of clonazepam once a week because of panic attacks. My compulsive actions are still there and i can't get over them. I have started feeling derealized or detached from world not emotionally but it feels i m a robot and i am just doing things but nothing feels alive. I feel all this is unreal and i start Having a panic Attack and think that i m about to die and get breathless and sweat a lot. I take clonazepam then. But since 2-3 days i see my hands have tremors sometimes. Not often. My mri and vit b12, vit d and thyroid are normal in recent tests. Is it because of medicine or anxiety? It happens more when i am tired of workout.

It could be a manifestation of your undertreated anxiety which is commonly associated with OCD( provided your diagnosis of OCD is correct) or side effect of medications. Confirming the diagnosis and optimization of the treatment plan are the first things that should be done.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist
Health Tips
do not modify medications yourself and don't stop your treatment abruptly

Most probably it is due to medication doses. You not only need modification in doses but also addition of other medications. A combination of medications should work good in your OCD and anxiety along with less side effects. Discuss with your psychiatrist or take a second opinion from another psychiatrist. All the best
