Its been 2 months using tretinoin and I'm breastfeeding Will it harm my baby I'm afraid My child is 2 months old after delivery I started using tret cream on my face for acne

Alternate safe medicine available... depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Tretinoin should strictly be used during breastfeeding.  PLEASE AVOID. It's harmful for the baby. You can start using only after the baby is weaned off from breastmilk.
