Triglycrides and vldl
I attached a doucment. i dont know what these triglycrides and vldl cholestrol. my moms age is 37 and triglycrifes and vldl are stating high in test report. what should i do should i consult a doctor and please tell me some home practises to reduce these

Triglycerides are the content of fat in the  body.and vldl means very low densiy of lipoprotein. The values shown in reports are not so higher to take any tension. Don't worry for you mother's health. For control try to avoid fatty and spicy food.

do light exercise and walking and yoga , meditation to control or to keep in limit triglycerides and vldl.
