Do warm water gargle with salt in it. For Thorat infection we generally advice to take tab Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days but you are advised to consult your physician and take medicine as prescribed by him because there are many reasons for throat infection and treatment varies accordingly. Hope it helps.
