Trouble swallowing pills

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have this problem that I can't swallow pills. Have tried and failed. Since many years I have thus avoided pills. How can I overcome this problem?

There could be some structural abnormality like web or stricture in the esophagus.. Upper GI endoscopy should be done to rule it out
