Trying to conceive from last 4months
Hi, I have no thyroid, diabetes or anything, no irregular periods even. I have 25 days cycle. But i don't understand why i am not getting pregnant. BMI is 26 Do i need to try some more months and then consult doc? Do i need to loose weight? Any diet plan i need to follow? Please suggest what do i need to do?

Firstly conception takes time so it is very important to  be patient If periods are regular Day9-18 is your fertile period hence intercourse during that time will increase chances of pregnancy Start folic acid tablets You should start brisk walking...and avoid junk food You may also go for a follicular study

if you are trying to conceive better try from day 8 to day 19 of cycle on alternative days for 3 cycles.. Also if u hv already tried like this get done a husband's semen analysis and your tubal patency tests.
