Trying to conceive
I am a 26 years old married female. We are trying to conceive from past 3 months but failing. I am getting my periods on exactly 28th day which makes me think that I am fertile enough. My husband is also sexually active and healthy. What could be the issue?

By definition we cannot label any couple with fertility issues if they are having regular unprotected sex for at least 6 months.. So in your case we cannot say that this is fertility issue coz you are trying since 3 months... so relax.. If you are planning to conceive then both of you should eat and stay healthy.. Don’t get over stressed with work... You should know the ovulation period of your cycle... which means the most fertile period of your cycle.. In the fertile period try the do sex for multiple times... If you are not able to conceive after following this for 6 months then you should consult the Gynaecologist..
