Trying to conceive
I was suggested to take susten 400mg from day 15 daily 1 at night after food...but I saw many major and minor side effects in google please let me know if it's really good??
And I saw as it is a plant source...so then is it good for long term use

It is a progesterone tablet given to support pregnancy. Progesterone is hormone which even your body produces. You can safely take it without consulting Dr Google.
