Trying to conceive
We are trying to conceive for 3 months ...but no success.I am 31 with no underlying health issue .my wife is 33 with type 2 diabetes for last 4 years ( current hba1c 6.6 without meds for last 5 months ? ...do we need to do some test or go to doc or try for few more months ...

Please control sugar level and try for three months more. After this test USG pelvic for female and semen analysis for men.and get consultation with reports
